This letter is from the director of the Summer Parks and Recreation Department for the city of Elko. In the letter Dawn Leyva verifies I have taught K9 College for them since 2006 but the corresponding new paper articles from Elko Daily Free Press dated August,2002 and July, 2005 verifies I actually started teaching K9 college in 2002.
