Outline/Overview

I have arranged my e-portfolio to include the four areas on which ADGP faculty are directed to focus their evaluations:

  • Teaching and Advising
  •

  • Scholarship and Professional Development

  • Community Engagement and Service
  •

  • Innovation
  •

I have also added a section on administration and governance, although to a degree my presentation and evaluation of my administrative work is woven throughout.

And finally, I end with a personal section. While that might be the least significant to this evaluation process, it is the most important aspect of who I am and it greatly influences my work.

    I hope you enjoy.

    Best.

    The Graduate Faculty

To warm you up for getting into the heart of this material, I share with you these photos from the GPC fall retreats of 2009 and  2010. Without a doubt if anyone asked what the most important aspect of my work is at Prescott College I would say that it is the leadership that I provide to the graduate faculty. I have an awesome team to work with, so I must say it is work that is for the most part easy and delightful, yet the results are something in which I take immense pride--we are a team, we are friends, and we have a culture of consensus, commitment, innovation, support, and trust. I am grateful to be a part of this team.
